About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires an experienced Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to join our Underwriting Division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and project management, and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and implement business process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and coordinate business analyst tasks within projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Evaluate and refine business processes to meet changing business requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or information technology.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in project management, preferably with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Possesses excellent analytical skills that enable identification of root causes, assessment of opportunities, and driving of effective solutions.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates flexibility as needed, takes the lead on initiatives, and shows ownership and accountability.
  • Capable of quickly adapting to new methodologies, working under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
  • Possesses advanced investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to set team and individual goals, manage multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously while appropriately balancing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Possesses the ability to integrate customer experience into business process development and identify opportunities.
  • Customer journey mapping or low/high fidelity prototyping skills is an added advantage.
