The Job Description
- This role involves assisting the Project Sales Manager in project sales, client communication, and issue resolution. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of costing documents and quotations.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and basic knowledge of procurement. Mandarin speaking skills are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Sales Manager in all aspects of project sales.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve site issues through site visits and meetings.
- Produce costing documents and quotations with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Coordinate external scheduling for service/project works.
- Send reports, delivery orders, and invoices to clients on time.
- Provide regular updates to the Manager on sales prospects, project execution, and other relevant matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned by the Manager while adhering to company policies and procedures.
