Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries via live chat or email, ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
- Be well-equipped with our platform/product, including general market conditions.
- Manage and follow up on client inquiries/complaints effectively.
- Convert customer needs into constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management.
- Ensure smooth frontline operations, flagging any discrepancies or situational risks to management on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/mathematics or a related field.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably trained in frontline operations (live chat and email).
- Strong acumen and keen eyes for numbers and statistics.
- Proficient in English & Chinese communication and writing.
- Passion for developing knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms.
- Team player, committed, and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to client requests.
