Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Senior level Full-time Customer Service and Product Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering outstanding day-to-day customer support through live chat, email, and phone, aligning with quality standards and KPIs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and promptly responding to the primary client services inbox and other channels to ensure accurate and timely client responses. Additionally, they will record and organize client issues and requests to offer actionable insights to management.
