About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Sunway Malls. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the service crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective team management and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Management:
    Lead, manage, and motivate the service crew to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    Delegate tasks effectively to team members and guarantee all shifts are well-covered.
    Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to staff to maintain high performance levels.
  • Customer Service:
    Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure all customers receive exceptional service and experience a welcoming environment.
    Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management if necessary.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, stock inventory, and equipment maintenance.
    Guarantee that all food and beverage products are prepared according to Cinnabon's high standards.
  • Sales Performance:
    Track and analyze daily sales performance and report to the management team.
    Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and implementing promotional activities.
Requirements

A minimum of [Insert educational requirement, e.g., SPM/O-Level or equivalent] is required. Previous experience in F&B, customer service, or retail is a plus but not essential. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
