Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Services Executive to join our team at "婵物捨". This exciting opportunity involves providing comprehensive HR operational support and ensuring tasks are completed with a high degree of quality and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support to HR teams, managers, and employees in handling HR operational tasks including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leave request management, payroll transactions, and HR database maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
