Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support to HR teams, managers, and employees in handling HR operational tasks including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leave request management, payroll transactions, and HR database maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide colleagues.

Requirements
