We are looking for a seasoned Java developer with expertise in FIS Open Payment Framework and batch scheduler tools like Control-M. As a Senior Java Production Lead, you will be responsible for managing the production environment for mission-critical Java applications. This includes leading Level 3 application maintenance and support efforts, focusing on troubleshooting, incident management, and ensuring system reliability.

Your technical expertise should include strong proficiency in Java, hands-on experience in the FIS Open Payment Framework, and advanced knowledge of Splunk for monitoring, log analysis, and issue troubleshooting. Additionally, you should have proficiency in Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production support team to ensure smooth functioning of applications running on the FIS Open Payment Framework.
  • Triage and resolve critical incidents in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Oversee L3 application maintenance, including troubleshooting issues, debugging, and implementing fixes to ensure system stability.
  • Configure and manage batch jobs using tools such as Control-M.
