About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Executive, Provider Management team member who will drive the expansion of our presence and partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare administration, insurance industries, and specialist or general practitioners' clinic practices.

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Director, Provider Management and supports the Singapore Operation Team.

A Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert approval of medical claims to panel clinics.
  2. Review medical enquiries from panel clinics and provide actionable advice/solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough internal and external audits for medical claims submitted.
  4. Collaborate with the Manager to ensure successful implementation of cost containment agreements with clients.
  5. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

About You

  1. Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment will be a significant advantage.
  2. Strong medical knowledge and operational expertise.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. You have a proven track record of integrity and high standards in your work.
  6. Genuine curiosity and passion for continuous learning and growth.
  7. Experience working within a tech startup and hyper-growth environment would be highly valued.
  8. A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of tasks, willing to step out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges.
  9. Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to new situations.
