At SENG LIY ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD, we are seeking a Corporate Financial Planning Manager to join our finance team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance department and driving strategic financial operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to guide the finance team to achieve company goals. They will ensure all financial reports and documents are properly maintained and up-to-date.

This role requires regular reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on financial performance, accounting issues, and risk areas. The ideal candidate will stay current with financial-related matters and oversee the overall performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

You will develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies, procedures, and processes. Additionally, you will review and ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and completely.

This position involves reviewing and monitoring the financial reports, including cash flow, budgets, analysis, and ratios. You will also liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.

Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, possessing good written and verbal communication skills, and able to work independently and as a team.
