Product Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing hospital accounts and delivering high-quality sales efforts.
- Resource Utilization: Prioritize resource utilization through effective call-account planning and good time management to optimize sales performance.
- Product Differentiation: Differentiate Baxter products from competitors by applying therapy and product knowledge to address customers' needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor sales against forecasts and participate in market potential determination for the territory.
- New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain credibility and trust with customers through strong relationships and excellent service delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends to maintain competitive positioning.
- Marketing Initiatives: Participate in major marketing initiatives and provide feedback to immediate supervisors and marketing personnel.
- Customer Service: Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Submit timely reports as required.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing hospital accounts and solutions selling is required.
- Territory Management: The ability to manage territory/region with minimal supervision is essential.
- Tender Management: Tender management experience is an added advantage.
- Performance Track Record: A track record of consistent performance delivering high-quality sales effort and target achievement is required.
- CME Training: Ability to conduct CME and product training to HCPs.
- Portfolio Management: Ability to manage different and additional portfolios.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Personal Responsibility: Accepts personal responsibility; self-motivated, demonstrates ownership for achieving results; consistently meets or exceeds goals; operates in accordance with global business practice standards; understands and promotes compliance with policy and legal obligations.
