Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Center Operations: Ensure professional execution of all tasks related to building management system monitoring, incident, problem, and change management from the data center.
  2. Service Level Agreements (SLA): Ensure compliance with customer SLAs, covering aspects like environmental conditions, system uptime, incident escalation, and reporting.
  3. Procedure Compliance: Develop, update, and execute necessary Maintenance, Standard Operating, and Emergency Operating Procedures (MOP/SOP/EOP), training the team accordingly.
  4. Change Management: Handle Change Request Forms, work method statements, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures under the Change Management Workflow Process.
  5. Leadership and Management: Oversee the critical operations functions, providing daily leadership and administration for 24x7 crews. Focus on safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of critical engineering infrastructure to meet cost-effective goals.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in areas like critical electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring these meet customer needs and aim for 100% uptime.
