Sales Growth Strategist

Schneider Electric is a leading provider of energy management and automation solutions. We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through strategic sales planning, named account identification, and mapping account type using standardized account mapping criteria. Additionally, they will need to conduct thorough research and assess target sectors to establish strategies for penetration and expansion. They will also be responsible for developing unique value propositions and solutions differentiations as a team at account level and opportunity level. Furthermore, they will manage a strong opportunity pipeline and track opportunity win rate to achieve accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly forecast targets by line of business (LOB), by individual, and sector sales quota.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the data center industry. They will have a strong understanding of the sales function and processes, including annual sales planning. Additionally, they will need to have good knowledge of data center physical infrastructure design and solutions, data technology trends, data best practices, and related services. They will also need to have strong experience in large account planning and management skills. Furthermore, they will be responsible for developing internal and external partnership selling, cross-business unit selling, and large cross-business unit turnkey opportunities development and creation.
