- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Manage day-to-day HRIS activities, including system support, maintenance, and documentation.
- Provide actionable insights on key HR metrics to inform business strategies and drive growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of progressive HRIS and HR analytics experience with exposure to multiple HR functional areas.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven experience implementing and managing HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
