Welcome to the BlackBerry Center of Excellence (CCoE), a leading cybersecurity training institution with a strong focus on delivering high-quality education and training to meet the evolving needs of the public sector. As a Public Sector Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with government ministries, agencies, universities, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Government Ministries: Gather training requirements, identify opportunities for collaboration, and ensure training programs align with government needs and standards.
  2. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports to government agencies on training outcomes and compliance, maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
  3. Event Representation: Act as the primary representative of the CCoE at government events and meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships with key government stakeholders.
  4. Marketing and Student Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll students in cybersecurity training programs, working closely with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
  5. Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with universities to promote cybersecurity education and training, coordinating joint programs and initiatives with academic institutions.
  6. Cybersecurity Solutions: Manage relationships with corporate partners to deliver customized training solutions, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth in corporate training.
  7. Social Media and Web Presence: Oversee marketing efforts, including the development of promotional materials and merchandise, ensuring the CCoE's web presence is up-to-date and effectively communicates our offerings.
  8. Certification and Quality Assurance: Ensure all courseware meets certification standards and requirements, working with instructional designers and subject matter experts to maintain high-quality training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the education or cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong understanding of government operations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Background in cybersecurity preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
