Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Overview:**
Nala Groups is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational transactions, managing banking and payment matters, and delivering the full set of company's accounting.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Manage banking relationships, reconcile statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in English and Malay
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
