We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Surveillance and Oversight Expert. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading our macro and micro surveillance activities over currency operations and ecosystem.

The position requires a strong analytical mindset and ability to conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact overall currency ecosystems.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the Bank's regulatory objectives for the safety, stability, and integrity of currency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surveillance Activities
  • Conduct macro and micro level surveillance on cash operations nationwide to generate insights regarding currency availability, quality, and integrity.
  • Perform surveillance activities over currency operations and ecosystem to ensure the Bank's regulatory objectives for the safety, stability, and integrity of currency.
  • Collaborate with line sections for data submission, data accuracy, and validating issues to ensure timely submission to Management.
  • Data Analysis
  • Conduct data analysis to identify and forecast trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact currency issuance, circulation, and overall currency operations.
  • Develop new and innovative analytical solutions/tools to facilitate surveillance and oversight of currency-related activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights inform business decisions.
