About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and leading the Global SC PRISM FX Hub, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively.
  • This role requires a high degree of expertise in FX operations, including implementation setups, transaction processing, client servicing, production support, and FX reversals.
  • The candidate should also have experience in managing teams, developing operational and technical skills, and mapping end-to-end process flows.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish the Global SC PRISM FX Hub as a center of excellence, providing expert guidance on implementation setups, transaction processing, client servicing, production support, and FX reversals.
  2. Develop and lead a team of experts to ensure efficient operation of the hub, with a focus on delivering superior and standardized client experiences.
  3. Work closely with product and support teams to ensure seamless payment experiences and faster trouble-shooting capabilities.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert for SC PRISM FX products, providing operational and technical guidance to teams.
Requirements
  • Mastery of FX operations, with expertise in setting up global hubs and establishing centers of excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of FX products, including NOSTRO account opening and transaction processing.
  • Experience in managing teams, developing operational and technical skills, and mapping end-to-end process flows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
