Link Compliance, a global technology and manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead our QA team.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the quality assurance process and ensure that our products meet customer specifications and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the QA team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and Implement QA Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Assess and Improve QA Processes: Continuously assess and improve QA processes and methodologies to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Quality Inspection Methods: Develop quality inspection methods, documentations, and procedures to In-Process and Outgoing Quality Inspection pertaining to customers' specifications and requirements.
  • Team Allocation and Guidance: Allocate and guide Quality Teams' job functions for In-Process and Outgoing to achieve department KPIs.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to QA Technicians/Leaders/Inspectors based on Quality Inspection Documents prepared to ensure they understand the specification and requirements with correct inspection methods.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor In-Process Quality and Outgoing Quality performance and develop corrective action plans for quality improvement when necessary.
  • First Article Run Products: Involve in First Article run products to ensure FA meeting customer specifications and requirements.
  • Qualification and PPAP: Qualify First Article products and prepare PPAP for FA submission.
  • Quality Improvement Tools: Utilize quality improvement tools and develop strategy in problem solving in continuous improvement to resolve customer quality complaints or online quality issues with internal teams.
  • Customer Communication: Deal with customers and resolve the quality issues pertaining to customers' requirements.
  • 8D Report/CAPA: Coordinate 8D Report/CAPA per customer request on quality issues feedback by customer with internal teams and verify the effectiveness.
  • Process Audit: Conduct process audit to ensure manufacturing processes/CAPA/improvement actions are effectively implemented, maintained, and comply to manufacturing procedures.
  • Customer Audit: Handling on customer audit.
  • Purge of Non-Conforming Materials: Coordinate purge for non-conformance materials or parts.
  • Disposition of Non-Conforming Material: Involve in determining disposition of non-conforming material on MRB.
  • Sorting Activity: Coordinate sorting activity in house or customer site when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma, advanced/higer/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years work-related experience preferably with an MNC.
  • Required Skills: Supplier quality management, problem-solving, SPC, CAPA, supplier audit.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
