About the Role:

At Businesslist, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the electronics industry.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new customer base and achieve sales growth.
  • Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the company brand.
  • Maintain market intelligence to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and reviews to management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in an Engineering discipline (with additional sales management training).
  • Familiarity with semiconductor industry, packaging trends, and manufacturing processes.
  • Equipment level sales and marketing experience desired.
  • Strong network of customer sales, especially with major semiconductor packaging, assembly, and test houses.
  • Effectively bilingual with good presentation skills.
