">About the Role
">This is a full-time position for a Mobile Product Advisor located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, or Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company at various retail locations, providing expert advice to customers on our range of products.
">Key Responsibilities

- Represent the company at various retail locations, including chain and independent pharmacies, as assigned.">
- Provide expert advice to customers on the benefits and suitability of our products.">
- Demonstrate exceptional selling and communication skills to achieve sales targets.">
- Build and maintain good relationships with retail staff and customers to enhance brand loyalty.">
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers and staff about product features.">
- Participate in ad hoc assignments such as roadshows and events to promote products and drive sales.">
- Monitor and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.">
- Ensure proper stock levels and product displays at assigned locations.">
Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or as a product advisor (experience in supplements is an added advantage).">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.">
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.">
- Must own a reliable mode of transportation for daily travel between assigned locations.">
- Flexibility to work five days a week, including weekends, and availability for ad hoc assignments such as roadshows and events.">
- Basic knowledge of supplements and health products is a plus.">
