About the Role
Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG brand marketers, key account managers, and media agencies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Position in-store media as a key component of integrated marketing campaigns, alongside OOH, DOOH, and digital marketing solutions.
Work closely with clients to design media solutions that integrate in-store platforms with broader marketing efforts.
Lead contract negotiations, secure long-term agreements, and foster ongoing client loyalty.
Oversee a robust sales pipeline and growing retail partnerships to identify new business opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving shopper behavior across various advertising channels.
Your Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in media sales, preferably within in-store media, OOH, DOOH, sampling agencies, or digital marketing targeting FMCG clients.
An established network of contacts within FMCG marketing teams and key account managers.
Prior experience working with media agencies to develop and sell advertising solutions.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivation, proactivity, and success in a hunter-style sales environment.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
