About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive - Complaint Investigator to join our team at B. Braun Medical Industries in Penang. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for investigating product complaints, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining good documentation practices. Your strong analytical skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into product complaints
- Document the condition of received samples and review device history records of complaint batches
- Follow up on investigations with relevant parties and handle complaint samples as per defined procedures
- Check and ensure product complaint data is correctly and accurately filled in SAP C3 for analysis
- Record, document, and process SAP C3 data in a timely manner according to established procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or equivalent
- Proficient in spoken and written English, experience in preparing investigation reports, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills
- Experience in working in a laboratory environment and able to handle returned samples which might be contaminated with cytotoxic drugs and coagulated blood is an advantage
