We are seeking a highly skilled Techincal Risk Manager to join our team at Boost Digital Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing technology risk management together with its related control mechanisms.
The successful candidate will place as a second line role in accordance with the three lines of defense model in risk management, facilitating risk management, monitoring, independently reviewing, and challenging risk identification & risk management performed by the first line.
- Review the risk assessments and facilitate the management of technology risk in accordance with the Technology Risk Management Framework (TRMF) and Cyber Resilience Framework (CRF) aligned to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Independently review and challenge the first line in the management of technology risk in accordance with organization-defined technology risk policies, framework, standards, and guidelines for Boost Bank, in commensurate with the latest law & regulatory requirements, technology threat landscape, enterprise risk exposure, and appetite.
- Perform independent reviews of various technology risk assessments performed by the first line of defense, including application risk assessments, cloud risk assessments, third-party technology risk assessments, material technology project risk assessments, and ad-hoc risk assessments.
- Facilitate the identification, assessment (including RCSA), management, and reporting of technology risks in alignment with ERM reporting and processes.
