Parts Sales Manager

A dynamic and results-driven Parts Sales Manager is required to spearhead the sales operations of our heavy equipment spare parts division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to expand our market presence and customer base.
Your primary focus will be on supervising the execution of action plans to enhance sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. You will also guarantee timely and efficient collection of payments within credit limits, maintaining a robust operational system and effective debt management.
In addition, you will ensure optimal fulfillment of spare parts supply chain requirements by assessing and improving logistics, distribution, and system flow. This includes monitoring and enforcing warehouse operations in compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry guidelines.
You will drive continuous process improvements to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations. Furthermore, you will uphold compliance with company policies, including Financial Limit Approval Guidelines (FLAG), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and other relevant regulations.
Lastly, you will optimize cost efficiency by planning and controlling warehouse expenditures within the allocated budget. Your leadership skills will also be put to the test as you lead and cultivate a high-performing sales team, fostering career development and implementing succession planning strategies.
Requirements- A degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in parts sales for heavy equipment and warehousing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fundamental knowledge of the heavy equipment industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
