Member Service Supervisor Lead

We are looking for an experienced Member Service Supervisor Lead to join our team at Businesslist. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for ensuring member satisfaction by providing prompt and quality end-to-end resolution, managing and supporting key internal and external stakeholders in escalated complaints received.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Contact Center Senior Manager to ensure maintenance of Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs) with local country and cross-functional departments, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across all Contact Centers.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with the local Member Relations Manager to align strategies for member satisfaction.
