Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluating claims for medical expenses within specified timeframes
  • Processing claims while maintaining confidentiality
  • Accurately inputting data into system applications
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and communicating with Team Leaders
  • Providing high-quality claims handling and accurate reimbursement
  • Tracking irregularities in procedures and reporting to Team Leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or similar by experience
  • Active knowledge of English
  • Policies cover and medical terminology knowledge
  • Skillful in taking decisions and working with numbers
  • Able to work in a team and maintain confidentiality
