We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our internal staff development programs at Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd.

As an experienced HR strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving talent growth and fostering a workplace culture that values employee engagement and development.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive staff development programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify skill gaps and design training modules to enhance staff performance and job satisfaction.
  • Partner with department heads to understand team needs and create customized development strategies.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career progression initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through feedback and performance metrics to inform future improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Development / Human Resource or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing employee development programs that drive business results.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to navigate complex organizational challenges.
