The GTAP Circular Economy Services (CES) Operations Manager will play a key role in achieving this goal by developing and implementing circular economy capabilities specific to Asia Pacific.

About the Team

The Sustainability Services Organization is responsible for reducing the environmental impact of Lenovo products across their lifecycle.

As a member of this team, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to analyze customer processes and environments, provide circular economy expertise, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo vendors to analyze customer processes and environments.
  • Create business case collateral to assist product offering development.
  • Educate customers and internal stakeholders on circular economy services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of certifications, technology, tools, and toolsets in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in solution development, business development, project management, and/or services operations experience.
  • Experience in project management, product lifecycle management, customer and vendor contracting.
  • Experience with electronic product end-of-life management.
  • Strong ability to produce, leverage, and interpret big data sets and operationalize for decision-making.
  • Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
