Key Responsibilities

The Regional IT Leader - Asia Pacific will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of IT system administrators, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

You will foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and high performance. As a Regional IT Leader, you will act as the primary point of contact for IT service-related inquiries and escalations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working with IT system implementations, digital product design/development, or as an IT business partner. Proficiency in Agile and DevOps ways of working is essential, along with knowledge of manufacturing business processes and general CRM and order fulfillment supply chain.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers/vendors. Communicating IT service performance, issues, and initiatives to senior management and other relevant stakeholders is also required.
