About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Manager to join our team in Seremban, Malaysia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our SHE initiatives and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local governments and authorities to ensure compliance with SHE regulations.
  • Develop and implement SHE programs to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Provide guidance and support to site management teams to ensure adherence to Corporate SHE policies and standards.
  • Manage site PSM systems and ensure compliance with allnex Safety codes.
  • Lead and manage site security and ground maintenance to ensure a safe environment for employees, visitors, and site assets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SHE role, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in local and regional SHE related regulations, as well as in interaction with auditors and regulating officials.
  • A proven track record in good performance on PSM fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical processing activities.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SHE programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
