Job Description:

Salesforce Administrator is a vital role within Logicalis, responsible for maintaining and optimizing Salesforce instances across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain security features such as user accounts/roles/profiles/permission, sharing rules, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Act as the go-to person for local Salesforce Users and regional Salesforce Admins, providing expert guidance and support on platform usage and best practices.
  • Manage service requests and troubleshoot issues, working closely with diverse user groups and their business leads to deliver quality support via ticket system.
  • Present changes/system enhancements, integration opportunities, and overall training to diverse audiences, ensuring seamless adoption of new features and capabilities.
  • Assist in conducting training of Business Owners for new features and help with roll-out, promoting efficient use of Salesforce platform.
  • Manage mass imports and exports of data, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Undertake additional projects as directed by management, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, with strong foundation in programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, particularly with Sales Cloud, and understanding of sharing and security features.
  • Ability to perform configuration changes, including Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports, ensuring optimal platform performance.
  • A proactive attitude towards platform enhancements and desire to implement best practice solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
