About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Corporate Learning Specialist at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing training needs and providing training to agents and/or other business customers to ensure legal and licensing compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the function that provides training to agents and/or other business customers
2. Identifying and analyzing training needs
3. Designing, developing, and delivering a wide range of training solutions, including online training and webinars
4. Collaborating with Underwriting to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and audits
5. Working with customers to follow proper licensing procedures
6. Managing the development and distribution of materials/brochures
7. Enhancing business through consulting with key customers

You will also be responsible for leading complex technical or long-term business projects to implement new or changed systems, programs, or products. This includes investigating, recommending, and implementing leading-edge technical solutions when they meet customer needs.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and 3 or more years of experience in a related field. Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry may be advantageous.
