Job Summary
This Senior HR Business Architect position is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives that elevate the employee experience for our customers. You will work closely with HR leaders to develop tailored solutions that address specific business challenges and improve overall HR performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic alignment: Partner with HR leaders to ensure that HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned with SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and SAP's innovation strategy.
- Leading practices and benchmarking: Utilize SAP's leading practices and benchmarks to help customers unlock new opportunities for their HR functions.
- Process mapping & documentation: Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and document essential requirements to provide customers with a framework to implement optimized processes.
- Employee-centric design: Work alongside HR teams to build customer-centric processes, creating positive interactions and fostering a meaningful employee experience.
- Industry insight: Keep a pulse on emerging HR and business trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to position yourself and SAP as a go-to resource for industry expertise.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in consulting, with deep proficiency in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued.
- Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations to support designing and optimizing HR processes for large, global enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders, with the ability to drive the adoption and integration of new HR processes and technologies.
- Cantonese and English speaking, clear, impactful communication skills are essential for this role.
