Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the IT department, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to improve service quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the IT team to ensure that all IT services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure that we are getting the best possible service and value for money.
  • Work closely with other departments to develop and implement business solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework practices and incident management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
