Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, experience in the manufacturing industry, and proficiency in Japanese language. You should also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work independently.

Benefits

As a Utilities and Facilities Assistant Manager at ManpowerGroup Malaysia, you will receive a competitive salary range of RM5,800 – RM8,000, annual bonus and salary increment based on performance, uniform and safety shoes provided, transport and position allowance, insurance coverage, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS deductions included.

Working Conditions

You will work from Monday to Friday with 6 members in your team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to participate in PAM Future Plan related to factory layout and equipment, coordinate staff training and handovers for new facility equipment, plan manpower and team structure for efficient workflow, and maintain clean and organized work areas.
