Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
  • Above 4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability and motivational speaking experience
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
