- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
- Above 4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability and motivational speaking experience
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM local time
- Work Set up: Onsite - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
