About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Head of Underwriting in managing the Underwriting Department.

  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including correspondence management, travel arrangements, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in updating policies and guidelines, as well as coordinating business appointments.
  • Compile and analyze data for various reporting requirements, and maintain relationships with business partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings, and take minutes.
  • Coordinate with underwriters, assist with budgeting, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders, and provide support for special projects.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field, with experience in project coordination and administration.
