The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Governance Expert to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As part of the ASPIRE program, you will play a critical role in defining, designing, and deploying Future ERP solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA and other cloud/on-premise technology platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a Deployment specialist in the area of Financial Compliance for rollouts of Sales Affiliates and/or Manufacturing Sites in the APAC/EMEA/NA/LATAM region.
  • Liaise with local affiliate Finance stakeholders for the implementation of Financial Compliance requirements.
  • Assess localization requirements for ICFR and financial approvals.
  • Contribute to Change Impact Assessments.
  • Execute Testing Activities during the deployment (UT, SAT, UAT, REG) for financial approval requirements.
  • Prepare and execute Key User / End User training activities.
  • Provide go-live & hypercare support.
  • Develop and implement project documentation according to the defined ASPIRE PMM.

Your Profile

  • Possess a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
  • Have 5+ years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in the area of Finance, Demand to Pay and/or internal controls (ICFR)/Audit.
  • Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the Finance functional area.
  • Strong Project Management, business partner management, communication and change management skills.
  • Awareness and ability to lead and work in multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in English is required as the role involves supporting our counterparts in Japan.
