Mortgage Loan Consultant

At J3ad, we are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Loan Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit mortgage business from various sources including business partners and real estate agents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to ensure a steady stream of referrals.
  • Implement sales strategies as set by management to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide valuable insights to management.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and maintain high-quality customer information.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and negotiators to generate new ideas and resolve issues.
  • Promote and extend the sale of financial services managed by J3ad.
  • Participate in seminars and training sessions organized by the company.
  • Develop and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze customers' financial status and provide personalized recommendations.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, banking, business administration, or a related field.
  • A proactive, committed, and dedicated attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be responsible.
  • Own transportation is preferred.
