Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, online chat, or email
- Resolve customer issues according to company procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide empathetic support
- Enter and update accurate customer interaction information in our system
- Modify bookings based on company processes and activity terms
- Liaise with external vendors to fulfill booking changes
- Stay updated on company procedures and processes
- Share customer feedback with relevant departments for improvement
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
- Previous customer service experience an advantage
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Problem-solving mindset to address customer needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with keen attention to detail
