Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Call Center Team Manager to join our team at Concentrix.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to multiple call center teams, driving operational efficiency, and developing strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams: Foster collaboration among team members to deliver exceptional results and drive process improvements.
  • Manage KPIs: Ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Implement process improvements: Drive innovation and implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and fluency in Mandarin are mandatory. Proven experience as an Operations Manager within a call center or similar environment is required.
