We seek an accomplished Process Control System (PCS) Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our team. As a vital member of our PDE Network Engineering team, you will lead the development of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 principles.
Your primary goal will be to design and deploy complete solutions starting from requirement gathering, data analysis, and modeling using big data platforms. You will also oversee system development, integration, and network-wide implementation. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's success by offering scrap/excursion control, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Advanced Process Control (APC or Run-to-Run), Fault Detection and Classification (FDC), and overall enhanced process capability.
You will partner with process teams to understand their tools, processes, and challenges. Together, you will create process control models, strategies, and other methods to guarantee high-quality output.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and refine smart control solutions for optimal manufacturing performance.
- Offer technical leadership, guidance, and support for process control implementation.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and modeling to identify process variations and translate them into control solutions.
- Assist the PDE KEG team in categorization, characterization, and classification; define data collection requirements, and conduct integration and setup in the E3 environment.
- Define analysis and setup requirements, setup limits, and OCAP, and engage in regular reviews with the PCS team and network on best practices.
- Design and deliver training on control systems and related topics.
