We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in KL and Penang. In this role, you will spend 30% of your time in Operating Rooms (OR) and Endoscopy suites, collaborating directly with surgeons, clinical specialists, and gastroenterologists.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow your territory, identifying opportunities for sales growth and creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical Specialists and Management to deliver exceptional product knowledge and customer engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of medical devices, particularly those used in OR and gastroenterology procedures. You will also need to be able to communicate complex clinical concepts effectively to diverse audiences and think creatively to overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spend 30% of your time in OR/Endoscopy areas supporting product usage, conducting clinical training, and engaging with key decision-makers such as surgeons and gastroenterologists.
  • Work independently to manage and grow your territory, identifying opportunities for sales growth and creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Specialists and Management to deliver exceptional product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both government and private hospital sectors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
