Customer Journey Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across our client portfolio.
You will work closely with our Marketing Technology team to identify technical implementation plans and required tools.
You will achieve this by delivering great experiences and communication through email, push notifications, messaging, and other channels at key moments of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Based on data, build a full funnel customer lifecycle marketing plan aligned with our business goals.
- Build customer segmentations, triggers, workflows, and run sophisticated lifecycle/CRM campaigns for both pre-and post-sales across multiple channels.
- Work with the Marketing Technology team to identify technical implementation plans, data points, tools, and automation flows required.
- You develop, own, and execute project roadmaps and project manage complete marketing automation projects.
