The Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Trip Curator to join our team in South East Asia. This role requires someone who is passionate about adventure travel, has excellent communication skills, and can deliver a seamless customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers plan their trips and choose the best experiences matching their requirements through effective communication;
- Collaborate with our experience partners to ensure timely and detailed information is provided to our customers;
- Address any experience partner concerns that may impact the customer experience;
- Utilize problem-solving skills and internal tools to deliver a delightful customer experience;
- Leverage your knowledge of Seek Sophie's product offerings to provide accurate and insightful information to customers;
- Stay informed about trends while communicating with customers and share your insights with the broader team to drive product improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate individual who aspires to learn and explore new destinations;
- Excellent communication skills: listening, writing, speaking in English; other languages are a plus;
- A customer-focused approach with a friendly professional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask;
- A quick learner, open to feedback, and eager to invest in continuous improvement;
- An enjoyable work environment;
- Resourcefulness - we're a small company, so often you'll need to come up with simple and resourceful solutions to complex problems;
- A strong work ethic. At Seek Sophie, there's a huge amount of responsibility, and we trust you, so it's key to have a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence;
- 1-3 years of experience in sophisticated customer service or customer success roles where excellent product knowledge was required, is a huge plus.
