The Project Manager - CRM will work closely with the strategy team to prepare the Campaign Plan slide and oversee the development of the campaign.

You will be driving internal and client UAT, preparing Proof Of Delivery documents, and taking commercial approvals from CRM Client lead on time.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years exposure to CRM is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of delivery management experience.
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Superb client management skill.
  • Marketing background with deep understanding of Customer journeys, exposure to CRM and SFMC systems for minimum 2yrs an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Solid business acumen, management, and marketing.
  • Solution-oriented, process-driven, strong communicator, and passionate about delivering results.
