About the Department

The Technology and Operations function comprises five teams with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance, and planning support and services. We harness technology to support physical and digital banking services and operations, including developing, centralising, and standardising technology systems.

Job Responsibilities

Service Monitoring Alerting and Reporting Tool (SMART) is a web dashboard developed using Django/Python framework and with a responsive UI design. It automates processes, collates, and visualises alerts across various data sources, providing a holistic view and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the development lifecycle of SMART.
  • Discuss, plan, and finalise functional specs with end-users.
  • Work on Python3 and Django web development projects.
  • Provide governance and ensure quality delivery with agile timelines.
  • Involved in prioritisation and development of both front-end and back-end components.
