Financial Process Improvement Lead

Job Title: Global Accounting Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Accounting Coordinator to join our team at Ridik. The successful candidate will assist the Group accounting SSC in establishing operations from scratch, leveraging their expertise in financial processes and Oracle Fusion system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Processes: Establish and manage financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Oracle Fusion System: Utilize the Oracle Fusion system for accounting processes, including fixed assets, procurement, intercompany accounting, and general accounting.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve and optimize financial processes to achieve maximum efficiency.
- SOP Development: Develop and implement standardized accounting SSC processes in the form of SOPs.
- Communication: Communicate fluently in English to maintain good communication with global departments.
- Temporary Tasks: Perform other temporary tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field, familiar with US GAAP, with approximately 3+ years of financial work experience in cross-border enterprises.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, strong logical analysis abilities, and data sensitivity. Proficient in summarizing and reviewing work.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Office and Google applications, capable of using English as the primary working language. Knowledge of Chinese is an additional advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Strong drive for self-improvement, good critical thinking skills, strong intrinsic motivation, and a good sense of teamwork.
- Reconciliation Skills: Strong reconciliation skills.
