Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team at Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn. Bhd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of in-store marketing events and campaigns, as well as preparing and monitoring event reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating in-store marketing events and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Prepare and monitor event reports, including food sampling, festive activities, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Work closely with other teams and suppliers to achieve marketing objectives and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Carry out daily tasks assigned by superiors, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement simple product photo and video content, showcasing products in an appealing and engaging manner.
  • Plan and execute monthly and weekly social media posting schedules, ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms promptly, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with social media platforms, demonstrating creativity and effectiveness in content creation and engagement.
  • Adequate time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, exercising initiative and self-motivation.
  • Openness to feedback and constructive criticism, adapting to new ideas and approaches.
  • Possession of teamwork, time management, analysis, and observation skills, ensuring seamless collaboration and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
Academy Requirements
  • Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.70 are encouraged to apply, showing potential and enthusiasm for the role.

Estimated Salary: RM 30,000 - RM 40,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
