Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set accounts
- Maintain and analyze financial records and statements
- Monitor account activities
- Manage and update account payables and receivables
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices, bills, and payments
- Ensure statement and record compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations
- Maintain and prepare budgets and expenses
- Conduct internal audits on financial activities
- Organize and maintain financial account information
- Provide assistance to clients regarding their accounts
- Maintain project profit and loss accounts
- Perform annual stock count
- Assist in HR related matters

Requirements:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
- Working experience as an Account Executive, Accounting Officer, Accounting Coordinator, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and accounting software
- Knowledge of accounting and financial processes and principles
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Audit knowledge is an added advantage but not compulsory
